Refund and Returns Policy
At Mint Eyewear, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange your eyeglasses. We want to make sure that our policy benefits both our customers and our company. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund policy for all eyeglasses purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your glasses within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the glasses must be in their original condition, with no scratches or damages, and must include the original packaging.
Returns
If you receive eyeglasses that are damaged or defective, you may return them for a replacement or a full refund. We will cover the shipping cost for the return and the replacement. Please contact our customer service team at this link to initiate the return process.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your eyeglasses for a different style or prescription, you may do so within 7 days of the delivery date. The glasses must be in their original condition and include the original packaging. Please note that exchanges do not cover glasses that have custom prescription or non-prescription lenses. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the delivery cost for the return and the replacement. However, if the exchange is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the delivery cost for the return and the replacement. Returns
Please note that Mint Eyewear relies on third party logistics to fulfill its delivery. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and delivered within the promised timeframe. However, if there are any delays or issues with the delivery, please contact our customer service team at this link for assistance.
The Customer Service Team must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the product if there are any problems with the items. This includes disliking them, having changes to the size, or having uncomfortable prescriptions. Otherwise, no claims will be accepted.
Some exceptions though...
Our warranty doesn’t cover the following;
- They were damaged deliberately or through neglect
- They have been used improperly or carelessly
- They have normal wear and tear
- They have been damaged by cleaning without following our care guide
